Read if you're sick of dieting....

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say most people are sick of dieting, but just don't know how to get off the dieting rollercoaster.

As a parent to two daughters, it terrifies me the amount of young girls who are following in their parents footsteps falling for the media depiction of a normal body.

Going on to spend their lives dieting in the hope of achieving the perfect figure, or looking like the models in the pictures

Unfortunately the media and the models have a secret they are not telling you..

Get ready for a truth bomb.....

There is no such thing as the perfect figure AND more importantly....

'The models in the magazines or on insta, don't even look like the models in the magazines'

Camera angles, touch ups, make up, lighting and of course the use of photoshop

All contribute to the figure that is presented

Unfortunately this secret is not discussed and pressure is placed upon people to diet to look different to the way they currently do

I'm NOT saying that if you're overweight/obese it is not a good idea to lose a little weight.... it is, gor obvious reasons

But it should not consume your life, and it certainly shouldn't be your only focus

Health is about much more

It's about personal confidence, self-appreciation, mindset, feeling great and loving the body you have and treating it with the respect it deserves.

Learning how to nourish it effectively in order to provide you with high levels of energy and achieving its natural shape... loving it regardless
