Yes that's yours truly below, I spent my entire twenty's out of shape, overweight and in the process lost my confidence.
Fast forward to today, I've hit my 40's (dreaded it but now i'm fine about it), I have 2 beautiful daughters and i'm fitter, leaner, stronger and faster than ever.
The reason I prioritise my health and fitness is to set an example to my children and be a role model for them. That's what drives me.

“I joined PFC in Jan 2017 after seeing the first photo and thinking I need to do something about this.
16 months on, I have dropped almost 2 stone and at least a top and bottom size in clothes.
Everything was tight and uncomfortable.
I joined the PFC thinking that I wasn’t going to enjoy it and that I would not be able to keep it up.
I was made to feel so welcome and was able to go at my own pace.
Since starting at the PFC, I have not only met some great people but I have got my fitness up, I feel great and I have done things that I would never have thought possible.
I want to thank Jason and all the people at the PFC for supporting me and helping me get to the place I am.
I have taken part in both Total Warrior 2017 & MacTuff 2018 obstacle races.
I could not have done this without the help, encouragement and support of everyone.

I don’t eat healthy 100% of the time, but everyone is entitled to a cheat day.

So after completing my initial 6 week programme, here's my review of the Perth Fitness Camp.
After 15-20 years of doing next to no exercise, I decided to get off my arse and do something about it.
Having got into some lazy eating and drinking habits over the years, I decided at the ripe old age of 44 to sort that out.
I suppose I had been kidding myself on that physically I was fine, but the occasional game of golf and running a boys football team was never really going to cut it.
I struggled to run the length of myself without getting out of breath and joined a gym two years ago, but think I've been twice.
I started on the 6 week programme and my results have been excellent over such a short period.
I've lost 6.5cm from what was my beer belly, dropped an inch from around my hips and lost 3.6kg (8lbs in old money) in weight, seen a change in my body shape and fitness wise, it's night and day.
The training has been excellent, 3 sessions per week which are all varied and Jason has been brilliant, encouraging me along the way.
The wider group have been very welcoming too, it's a great crowd with a common aim, to have fun and keep fit.
I followed the 6 week nutrition and exercise plan - it's not as daunting as it sounds.
It's not a fad or a diet, just a push to challenge and change your eating habits to a balanced, healthy approach and has certainly worked for me.
I would recommend giving yourself a few days to get familiar with the material Jason sends you.
I downloaded the information on a Sunday and started on a Monday and could have done with more time to organise myself before starting - no biggie though.
So, thanks to JB and everyone at PFC! I've now signed up for another 6 months and I've cancelled that gym membership too!

"So here are my results after 4 weeks:

2cm off each arm
I've lost 8lbs which is a good mile stone for me as thats the lightest i've been since last year.
More importantly i'm feeling so much better. My energy levels are higher, especially in the morning.
