Yes that's yours truly below, I spent my entire twenty's out of shape, overweight and in the process lost my confidence. 

Fast forward to today, I've hit my 40's (dreaded it but now i'm fine about it), I have 2 beautiful daughters and i'm fitter, leaner, stronger and faster than ever. 

The reason I prioritise my health and fitness is to set an example to my children and be a role model for them. That's what drives me.

I have brought my own experience, passion and skills to create an unbeatable fitness and nutrition programme to the Perth Fitness Camp that's helping men and women be UNSTOPPABLE in health, fitness and in life.

Best fitness camp I've ever done. I spent 8 months in Perth training with Jason and I left Perth fitter and healthier than I have ever been in my life. Jason knows his stuff and the fitness class sessions are varied and challenging but also lots of fun. The other fit-campers are awesome too!


I joined Perth Fitness Camp in October 2015 with what I considered a reasonable level of fitness looking to get stronger and a better approach to nutrition, I got that and more.


I had intended to go for 3-4 months and ended up staying for 6 months because of the fantastic people and varied routines. Jason manages to create a very inclusive atmosphere whilst challenging everyone to just the right level, it made me faster, stronger, leaner and enabled me to smash my goal for 2016, so much so I've signed up for the next 12 months.

Thank you to you for your help and assistance over the past 6 weeks. I joined fitness camp thinking that I would get a little bit fitter and would loose a little weight.


I did not realise that I would manage to loose as much weight as I did or I would look and feel as good as I do.

The sessions that you run are tough, however, they are entertaining, fun and not pressurised in any way. I love the fact that everyone who attends fitness camp are there for the same reason, but nobody has an ego, everyone helps each other.

I have signed up for further sessions and I am looking forward to seeing the results. I would recommend Fitness Camp to everyone who wants to get a little fitter, see fantastic results and not feel pressurised in any way.

Been going for 2.5 months having been telling myself for the last 5/6 years to sort out my fitness and general health.


You WILL see positive results inside 6 weeks and of course it's hard work but there is no pressure and plenty of encouragement to help you along the way.


What feels like a really tough slog of an idea, very quickly turns in to a welcome change in your way of life.

Don't over analyse and be scared of the food and nutrition plan or the 'I like my pints and pizza too much' because it's not a fad diet - it's real food, enjoyable to cook and sticking to it absolutely delivers real benefits (very important that you do in the first 6 weeks!), after that you can still eat and drink the crap now and then WHEN you've earned it (the difference is, you won't want to!)

You've just got to take that first step! Oh and yes....... You'll make loads of new friends!


At the end of July 2016, I joined PFC along with a group of boys who like me, had forgotten about their health and fitness over the last few years.

I was overweight, unfit and generally pretty miserable.

From day one, Jason, Robin and the rest of the PFC team, welcomed everyone with open arms, and provided loads of encouragement, advice and support.

Each and every session is varied, hard work but also a good laugh at the same time.

Initially, I only joined for 6 weeks, however, have been going ever since, and recently signed up for a further 6 months.

I've made a circle of completely new mates and loving the challenge that each session brings.

Since July, I've lost about 2 stone in weight, and my general fitness has returned to a level I've not seen in years.

On a personal note, all I can say is a huge thank you to Jason - the PFC team is a credit to you, and your knowledge, advice and help is much appreciated.

If you're reading this and thinking about joining, I wouldn't hesitate one more minute - I've done it, so anyone can do it! 


I joined the Perth Fitness Camp 'Fitter Men' Programme at the end of July,a totally unfit 51yr old ,thanks to Jason I am now leaner and fitter than I have been in years,not only that but I have met some incredibly friendly people who take the time to learn your name and give plenty of support and encouragement

“I joined PFC in Jan 2017 after seeing the first photo and thinking I need to do something about this.

16 months on, I have dropped almost 2 stone and at least a top and bottom size in clothes.

Everything was tight and uncomfortable.

I joined the PFC thinking that I wasn’t going to enjoy it and that I would not be able to keep it up.

I was made to feel so welcome and was able to go at my own pace.

Since starting at the PFC, I have not only met some great people but I have got my fitness up, I feel great and I have done things that I would never have thought possible.

I want to thank Jason and all the people at the PFC for supporting me and helping me get to the place I am.

I have taken part in both Total Warrior 2017 & MacTuff 2018 obstacle races.

I could not have done this without the help, encouragement and support of everyone.

This goes to show that anyone can join in without fear, nobody judges and with the expectation of support, kindness and a lot of work.

I don’t eat healthy 100% of the time, but everyone is entitled to a cheat day.

I would encourage everyone to give it a go and the results won’t happen overnight but you will see result and they will stay with you for a long long time.

"I have been going to the Perth Fitness Camp for four and a half years.

I am far from my first flush of youth and thought I would feel 'old and silly' on the contrary, I was welcomed and worked my way up to a level of fitness I have never had in my whole life.

Wilson's 6 Week Fitter Body Success Story

So after completing my initial 6 week programme, here's my review of the Perth Fitness Camp.

After 15-20 years of doing next to no exercise, I decided to get off my arse and do something about it.


Having got into some lazy eating and drinking habits over the years, I decided at the ripe old age of 44 to sort that out.


I suppose I had been kidding myself on that physically I was fine, but the occasional game of golf and running a boys football team was never really going to cut it.


I struggled to run the length of myself without getting out of breath and joined a gym two years ago, but think I've been twice.

I started on the 6 week programme and my results have been excellent over such a short period.


I've lost 6.5cm from what was my beer belly, dropped an inch from around my hips and lost 3.6kg (8lbs in old money) in weight, seen a change in my body shape and fitness wise, it's night and day.

The training has been excellent, 3 sessions per week which are all varied and Jason has been brilliant, encouraging me along the way.


The wider group have been very welcoming too, it's a great crowd with a common aim, to have fun and keep fit.

I followed the 6 week nutrition and exercise plan - it's not as daunting as it sounds.


It's not a fad or a diet, just a push to challenge and change your eating habits to a balanced, healthy approach and has certainly worked for me.


I would recommend giving yourself a few days to get familiar with the material Jason sends you.


I downloaded the information on a Sunday and started on a Monday and could have done with more time to organise myself before starting - no biggie though.

So, thanks to JB and everyone at PFC! I've now signed up for another 6 months and I've cancelled that gym membership too!

I've lost 8lbs which is a good mile stone for me as thats the lightest i've been since last year.
