When Will Your Weightloss Become Noticeable?

The answer to that question is that everyones timeline is different.
So when will you start to see noticable changes in your body?
Here's an example timeline to give you an idea.
1 - 4 WEEKS
You'll most likely start to see small changes in the way your clothes fit, your face slimming dow, and an improvement in overall energy levels.
Just don't expect huge changes on the scales at this point ok?
5 - 8 WEEKS
The number on the scale will start to move and you should start to notice more changes in the mirror.
Hint: This is where progress pictures are super helpful.
3 MONTHS
By this time, you should experience a fairly significant decrease in body fat which can act as a great motivation.
Dropping several clothes sizes is not uncommon.
6+ MONTHS
At this point, you will probably notice a huge change in your body composition.
You could start getting a lot of questions about how you lost so much weight.
You may even have to replace your entire wardrobe. Not a bad problem to have.
JUST REMEMBER....
Everyones weight loss journey will be different.
It can be hard to see the changes yourself, and many times others will notice progress before you do.
Most importantly be patient, things take time.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
It shouldn't require a phd in rocket science to make changes....
Just remember to keep things stupid simple
Your focus primarily should be on
Eating real nutritious foods at least 80% of the time
Staying hydrated
Resistance training 3 x per week (bodyweight, kettlebells, free weights all work)
Getting enough sleep
