WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

The Perth Fitness Camp is located on Perth's North Inch Park. Car parking available on Rose Terrace and at the Bells Sports Centre.

WHAT DAY'S AND TIMES ARE THE SESSIONS?

Training sessions run every Monday and Wednesday 6:15am-7am/6:30pm-7:15pm and Saturdays 7:30am-8:30am

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE SESSIONS?

The Perth Fitness Camp isn't an army bootcamp where someone is shouting and screaming at you, it's about working out with like minded people, motivating each other, working as a team and having fun while melting away the pounds and getting into the best shape of your life.

Imagine having your very own PT helping you achieve your goals but in a group environment.

Each Fitter Body Kickstart programme lasts 4 weeks and is a 45 minute group training session, 3 times a week along with daily coaching on mindset, nutrition and lifestyle.

AND.....

If you cannot make the days or times due to other commitments but can follow the programme online, a home and gym based training programme will be given to you to follow.

I'M REALLY UNFIT, WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

Absolutely, we cater for all fitness abilities. Our 28 day fitter body kickstart works over a 4 week progressive programme where you work at your own pace.

DO YOU OFFER A PAY AS YOU GO OPTION?

If you can just turn up and exercise when you feel like it, you won't see results, you need to be exercising 3 x 45 minute sessions per week and following a structured exercise and nutrition programme to get results.

So if you were to turn up as and when, I wouldn't be doing my job in helping you achieve the health and body shape that you want.

I wouldn't be able to offer a money back guarantee if you were missing sessions.

By investing in yourself makes you accountable for attending each session.

By offering pay as you go I am actually doing you a dis-service.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL?

I don't offer a trial session as I don't believe you can experience what I offer in a one-off session, however my 28 Day Coaching Programme comes with a full 200 % money back guarantee.

HOW MUCH DOES THE 28 DAY FITTER BODY KICKSTART COST?

Your investment onto the 28 day coaching programme is £99 payable in advance.

 

This means that at just over £8 per session you will be working with a PT for a fraction of the cost by exercising in a group.

 

Basically if you were to train with me 3 times a week on a 1 on 1 basis for a whole month, you'd be paying at least £600.

You will also get full access to meal planners and recipes that are provided to 1 on 1 clients.
