Is there weight training involved? I'm a woman will I bulk up?


This is a common question that gets asked. The Perth Fitness Camp is a bodyweight training only programme and we use a vast array of coaching methods to get you progressive results. Due to the natural difference in testosterone (growth hormone) levels between men and women, it is practically impossible for women to bulk up (unless you're on the juice of course). Instead women will become more defined and shapely. Fellas will get a leaner and more defined bodyshape.




How will this help me improve my health and fitness?


As a coach in my 40's and someone what was overweight during my twenties, sorted myself out and then started a family I suddenly found training in a gym went out the window due to long hours at work and family commitments. I found another way and started using just my own bodyweight to train around my busy schedule as a new personal trainer and dad. So I get where you are right now and I know how you feel, but it doesn't have to be the end. You have a choice and the power to change if you really wanted to!!
