Monday - 6:30pm - 7:15pm

I know how difficult it can feel trying to get back on track.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Absolutely not. Most people join feeling nervous and out of shape.

What if it rains?

We train outdoors all year round. Scotland keeps things interesting 😅

What age group attends?

Most members are aged 30+.

What should I bring?

Water, comfortable clothing and a willingness to give it a go.
