Hi, I'm Jason Brownlie, i'm a dad of two, husband, former overweight guy turned fitness & nutrition coach who now in my 40's feel fitter and healthier than I ever did in my 20's and this is down to the knowledge I have accrued as a fitness coach and applied over time
Yeah I looked like a sack of shit back then, let me tell you I felt like it as well. A busy career and social life took its toll!!
I was continuously mocked about how I looked, I laughed it off but the mocking hurt after a while and dented my pride and confidence
I suffered ill health because of it and promised i'd do something about it but never did.
It was always "I'll start on Monday", Monday came and I had another excuse as to why my health wasn't important enough.
It took 8 years before I did anything about it and it's been a long road since 2002.
Today, my priorities have changed a hell of a lot. I just want to be the best dad I can be to my kids, I want to be a role model to them, I want to be able to chase them around without getting out of breath, in fact right now its a matter of them keeping up with me.
Every parent want's the best for their kids right and every parent want's to see their kids grow up, go to uni, get a career, get married and have kids so we can be awesome grandparents.
Longevity is the name of the game and my fitness and nutrition coaching offers you the opportunity to turn it all around. It can be done, i'm living proof.
I want to open up my 8 week 'Fitter Men' programme to just 10 busy over 30's men.
This programme is designed to completely transform your health, fitness and increase longevity using the same system that I have used for over a decade and that my clients use today.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
I am looking to work with 10 guys who are serious about getting back in shape, improve their health, have more energy and feel more confident about themselves.
The 6 Week Programme starts on the 16th September 2019.
You will train every:
Monday and Wednesday: 6:15am - 7am / 6:30pm - 7:15pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 8:30am
You choose which sessions you attend. I recommend at least 3 x per week
2 hours 30 mins a week is all I ask that you commit to your fitness.
Your training will consist of using your own bodyweight to build foundation strength, build lean muscle and burn unwanted fat.
The byproduct of this will be a boost in metabolism, inch loss, better quality sleep and improved health.

"So after completing my initial 6 week programme, here's my review of the programme.
After 15-20 years of doing next to no exercise, I decided to get off my arse and do something about it.
Having got into some lazy eating and drinking habits over the years, I decided at the ripe old age of 44 to sort that out.
I suppose I had been kidding myself on that physically I was fine, but the occasional game of golf and running a boys football team was never really going to cut it.
I struggled to run the length of myself without getting out of breath and joined a gym two years ago, but think I've been twice.
I started on the 6 week programme and my results have been excellent over such a short period.
I've lost 6.5cm from what was my beer belly, dropped an inch from around my hips and lost 3.6kg (8lbs in old money) in weight, seen a change in my body shape and fitness wise, it's night and day.
The training has been excellent, 3 sessions per week which are all varied and Jason has been brilliant, encouraging me along the way.
The wider group have been very welcoming too, it's a great crowd with a common aim, to have fun and keep fit.
I followed the 6 week nutrition and exercise plan - it's not as daunting as it sounds.
It's not a fad or a diet, just a push to challenge and change your eating habits to a balanced, healthy approach and has certainly worked for me.
I would recommend giving yourself a few days to get familiar with the material Jason sends you.
I downloaded the information on a Sunday and started on a Monday and could have done with more time to organise myself before starting - no biggie though.
So, thanks to JB and everyone at PFC! I've now signed up for another 6 months and I've cancelled that gym membership too!
