I'll let you into a secret, I am a product of the dieting culture.

I spent most of my twenties out of shape, I would bury my frustration in junk food, forget about my day with booze, and then try to absolve my sins by dieting or getting on a treadmill for an hour. I didn't like the person I saw in the mirror. 

No matter how many new so called 'diet hacks' I tried. I was still stuck.

Yep, just like you I was told that there was some magical properties to these diets that made them work. I was told that these diets and endless cardio were the only way to lose weight.

What I never realised was that these diets were too restrictive. They didn't allow me to make choices for my well-being, they didn't give me the tools to enjoy and stick to my guns for the long term.

When I failed at what was supposed to be 'foolproof', i'd feel like a failure. If this method was so popular, there must be something wrong with me.

They all worked great for a few weeks and then it just as quickly fell apart. 

Same hamster, new wheel.

What I discovered was that it wasn't me.

I just needed to find another way that worked for me, that didn't deprive me of joy, and was healthy and sustainable and still made me lose weight and feel good.

I got fed up of the industry bullsh*t, opinions and misinformation.

Instead what I found was, the best way begins and ends with you. Not some dogmatic approach to sell pretty books or programmes.

Consistent, measurable changes in lifestyle and choices do.

 

They aren't necessarily easy, but they don't have to be complicated.

Again, I get it. I've been there remember.

I used to see all of these other people getting amazing long lasting results, dropping clothes sizes, changing their nutrition habits and I would think "They're so Committed and Dedicated and Disciplined" - I Can't Do That!!

 

But then I realised something.

"You don't have to stay disciplined forever"

 

Why? 

 

Well >> You only need to be disciplined for as long as it takes to become a habit. Then it just becomes part of your weekly routine - like taking a shower or brushing your teeth.

OK OK, all jokes aside I don't think there's anything wrong with a nice lean body shape. If you want to get into bodybuilding then that is up to you. Respect to the discipline and no judgements here....

 

I guess the question being asked is, is female fat loss different to men?

 

……….In short, yes.

 

First of all broadly speaking women have much less muscle than men. Conversely this means that they naturally carry more fat.

 

Much of this is due to the significant difference of the growth hormone testosterone (Men have much more than women).

 

So women have to work a lot harder to lose fat. But the benefit of less testosterone is that it is highly unlikely that women will ever ‘bulk up’ as a result of using weights to exercise.

Women tend to have elevated estrogen levels (major hormone that is produced by ovaries, liver and adrenal glands). The result of this is an increase of body fat in the bum, thighs and hip region.

 

This is the major reason why so many women have fat problems in these specific areas.

The exercises and nutritional guidance tackles the main problem areas and helps to bring estrogen levels back to normal.

Frequently Asked Questions About The 28-Day Fitter Body Kickstart Programme

I've not exercised in a while, will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. 
If i'm being honest the more UNFIT you are the BETTER. Why do I say this? You stand to gain more in terms of results the more unfit you are.
Don't worry, you'll be encouraged to go at your own pace initially, over time you'll feel yourself improve and be able to push yourself further. 
Not only that you have a great team of like minded individuals around you to support and encourage you all the way.

How many times a week will I need to workout?

To get the absolute best results i'd recommend two - three times a week (3 would be best)

How much is the 28 day programme?

The investment onto the 28 day fitter body kickstart programme is just £99

It's a little expensive, have you got anything cheaper?

28 days (12 coached training sessions) of workouts, nutrition, mindset & lifestyle coaching, access to your coach away from sessions when you need advice, encouragement, motivation and all the accountability you need.
To be coached by me 1 on 1, you will be charged £50 per session at 3 sessions a week...i'm sure you can do the maths. 

If you still feel that £99 is expensive, maybe this is not for you. 

When does the 28 Day Fitter Body Kickstart Programme start?

The final intake of 2021 starts 17th November

What days and times are the training sessions?

Monday and Wednesday: 6:15am-7am & 6:30pm-7:15pm 

Saturday: 7:30am-8:30am

*You are NOT required to attend all sessions. For ABSOLUTE best results, I advise 3 sessions a week (2 bare minimum) while adopting a healthier eating lifestyle << you will be coached on this!!

Where Do We Train: North Inch Park

You also have full access to over 100 follow along pre-recorded online workouts. So even if you miss an outdoor session you can workout at home and not miss out at all. 

Is there a meal plan to follow and what food will I have to eat?
You will be given an example meal plan to help you plan out your meals, the rest will come from the coaching you receive on the programme.
I promote real food only. You will not be expected to drink meal replacement shakes, swallow pills, follow restrictive diets that leave you hungry. 
Instead you'll be encouraged to eat healthy nutritious foods, you'll be given full coaching around nutrition and you'll have access to over 100 recipes so you'll never be stuck for ideas again.
